Accurate weighing starts with proper load cell installation. Each installation is unique, especially in high-precision or R&D environments. For applications requiring long-term stability, custom specifications, or ultra-high accuracy, consulting a structural engineer is strongly recommended.

To achieve precise measurement results, loads must always be applied according to the manufacturer's specified direction. Load cells are designed to be a single force in a vertical direction only. Applying side loads, bending moments, or torsional stress can significantly reduce service life and lead to measurement errors. (Please refer to the installation diagram below.)

However, in the following pictures of installation orientation and direction of applied load force are non‑compliant. (NG)
