Introduction of Temperature Transmitter
Industrial thermal resistance (PT100)is taken as a temperature sensor which is normally used with display indicator, recording instrument and electronic regulator. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid surface in production process from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃.
PT100 is the most common type of Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD). RTDs have character that their resistance value(Ω) is linear relation with temperature(℃) change.
Temperature transmitter converts the resistance signal (Ω) from a RTD into a more robust 4~20 mA or digital signal for interfacing into other control equipment.
To ensure accuracy a temperature transmitter is capable of isolating, amplifying, linearizing and filtering noise from the temperature sensor signal.
Special features of Temperature Transmitter
·Wetted parts apply stainless steel ensure excellent corrosion resitance
·18~36VDC wide operating voltage range
·Standard analog output 4~20mA
